Jayne has a broad experience of the private and voluntary sectors having run small and medium size businesses in both fields. Prior to joining 2QAB, Jayne was South West Regional Director for national charity The Scarman Trust, and worked for many years running a Bristol based charity providing domiciliary care to individuals with care needs in the city. Her early career experience as an Insurance Broker has provided her with business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit, useful transferable skills that have helped inform her capacity building work in the voluntary and community sector. She has a strong and practical understanding of partnership working with a wide range of organisations and individuals in the voluntary, public and private sectors

An enthusiastic and effective communicator at all levels, Jayne works effectively alongside people in their communities, with regeneration professionals and with resource holders and decision makers.

A firm believer in the value of a coaching culture across all levels of personal, professional and community engagement, Jayne has many years practical experience as a coach and has received invaluable coaching support from others.

Jayne is an avid reader of contemporary and classical fiction, of biographies, history, politics and current affairs. She has an untrainable dog and has no interest in football.
